I've known people who lived at Briarwood and Sunrise. (I think it was Karthik lived at Sunrise.) I don't remember hearing anything negative about them, but then I don't remember hearing anything especially positive about them, either. I believe they generally liked the apartments.

If I might put in a recommendation, the apartments I loved were Sierra Hill or Cove or Some Other Geological Feature. It's on Water, just north of Grant on Tucson. I loved living there. It's a little more expensive, but they include phone, internet, water, and electricity. You might want to check it out. (They might be on Country Club. It's on the street immediately west of Campbell, which's name I can't remember at the moment.)

Sierra Pointe, I think.

And I'm fairly sure it's right off of Tucson Blvd.
